All job applications via Worksource are free of charge. We do not collect any payment for job application or job access from job seekers.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Worksource, including logos, software, and branding, belongs to us or our partners. Do not copy, modify, or reuse it without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee job placement. Worksource shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from use of the platform or interaction with third parties through it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising will be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
